At Connected Care our mission is to provide the highest quality care for children and young people in a compassionate and family-centred environment. We strive to be a leader in Theraputic Intervention.

Our team of qualified Nurses, Teachers, Social Workers, Reg 44 Specialist, Clinical and Forensic Psychologist are dedicated to providing the best possible care.  We have experts in every area of health, education, play, DOLS, challenging behaviour, mental health and Autism. Our team works together to safeguard children and young people to receive personalised care tailored to their individual needs.

Connected Care Children's Homes is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed specifically for children. All homes are ligature free and range from 1 - 3 bedrooms. Our services include a number of solo placements designed to provide the best possible care for children and young people.

We offer exciting trips. Our young people have the opportunity to watch premier league matches every weekend (both from the mens and woman's teams).  From Manchester United, Manchester City, Aston Villa and Chelsea. Matches are based on the preference and Good Behaviour.

Our organisations has an open and transparent way of practising and taking into account the young persons thoughts, feelings and wishes. In doing so we work closely on a daily basis with the following:
